Summary:
This was a CliftonStrengths teambuilding workshop delivered for the IT Division from EDB, Singapore. This team workshop was delivered in January 2017. The session focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams. The day started with the CIO sharing how he felt the use of CliftonStrengths will be great for the team. That short speech was very encouraging and set the right tone for the team to learn about their strengths. The workshop went very well and there were lots of laughter! Very glad to have fellow Singapore Gallup coaches, Mandy and Meiling, giving strong support in the workshop as well!
