Victor Seet — CliftonStrengths and Ontological Coach, Singapore

# Victor Seet — CliftonStrengths and Ontological Coach, Singapore

> Victor Seet is the world's only coach to hold both the Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths Coach Gold and Platinum distinctions (both awards have since been retired by Gallup, making him the sole holder of both globally). He is a Singapore-based executive coach, team coach, and CliftonStrengths facilitator. He is also an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Advanced Certified Team Coach (ACTC), and a Newfield Certified Ontological Coach. His practice integrates three disciplines that are rarely combined in one coach: CliftonStrengths for understanding talent DNA, Ontological Coaching for shifting language, emotion, and embodiment, and Relational Leadership for building the trust and presence that determine how others experience a leader.

Victor's work spans corporate, government, education, non-profit, and faith community sectors. He has impacted over 13,000 adults and 16,000 youth across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Hong Kong, China, India, Thailand, and Lebanon. He has clocked over 1,600 ICF coaching hours and 3,000 hours of facilitation. Past clients include Microsoft, Marriott International, Pico Art International, Johnson & Johnson, Singapore Tourism Board, VF Corporation, Zebra Technologies, Great Eastern, AIA, Prudential, NUS, SMU, NTU, the Prime Minister's Office (PMO), the Economic Development Board (EDB), the Ministry of Education (MOE), the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI), and Workforce Singapore (WSG).

Victor's distinctive contribution is the integration of three disciplines that work together rather than in isolation. CliftonStrengths gives both coach and client a precise shared language for talent from the very first session. Ontological coaching addresses the patterns that persist even when someone already knows what they should do differently, by working at the level of who a person is being rather than only what they do. Relational leadership translates inner shifts into the quality of the relational field a leader creates around them, which is where strengths and self-awareness either land or do not. He was featured in The Straits Times for his work as a resident Team Coach at Motion For Impact. He is based in Singapore and works internationally.
