CliftonStrengths Workshop for Marriott Digital Team (Hong Kong)

Summary:
This was a CliftonStrengths Team workshop customized for the Digital Marketing Team from Marriott International, held in Hong Kong. The objectives were to really help the team members understand each other’s working style, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. We focused on the top 10 strengths and covered some of the blindspots. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams.
