cliftonstrengths WORKSHOP + TEAM COACHING

In this SIGNATURE CliftonStrengths for Teams program, there are two variations:

  1. HALF DAY Program (Workshop ONLY) - A CliftonStrengths workshop customized towards empowering teams to create synergies and strengthen collaboration by understanding each others’ strengths. The end outcome is an increased ability of the team to understand each other, to open up new conversations for collaboration.

    Note: This CliftonStrengths workshop is suitable for leadership teams, department level teams, cross-functional groups as well as for start-ups. This workshop is facilitated in a very interactive way and the activities are designed towards self-directed learning. Participants are encouraged to ask questions, to reflect and to listen to other perspectives in order to learn more about their strengths. Maximum number of participants - 25.

  2. FULL DAY (CliftonStrengths Workshop + Team Coaching) - A CliftonStrengths workshop in the morning followed by ontological team coaching in the afternoon to facilitate application. The morning workshop is a light-hearted session focused on team dynamics and team relationships. The morning session sets up the context required for team members to open up their hearts and for deepening of trust.
    The afternoon session focuses on trust building, seeing and shifting a team’s emotional state in the context of developing a strengths-based culture. The end outcome is an increased ability of the team to APPLY the strengths as a team; to leverage each others’ strengths and collaborate.

    Note: This full day workshop and team coaching is positioned for leadership teams, department level teams and start-up teams. The ideal size of this group is 12 or less.
    The team coaching focuses on trust building work and invites participants to be open and ready to engage with each other.
