Clearly I'm on a roll! After finishing the CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) couple workshop, I continued round 2! On Singapore's National Day, I took some time to give some StrengthsFinder coaching to Marcus & Silin and Sam & Gloria. Went through with them on how to leverage each other's strengths and also discover some strengths partnership within each pair. Seems like BGR is always my favourite topic!
Had the privilege to spend time to coach Eunice and Cerise on their strengths and helped them understand and apply their strengths to their personal and professional life. Both are truly outstanding leaders in their workplaces and in the community. Such an enjoyable sesson!
