We finished a full day of LeadershipGenius™ program for a large group of Secondary School Student Leaders from Singapore. We used #StrengthsExplorer and facilitated a series of activities designed to help students leveraged their strengths to become better leaders. I was there to observe and to encourage the team. A big shoutout to our new StrengthsFinder coach, Amanda Joy, who was brilliant in her engagement with the students and led with confidence. Saw her #Adaptability, #Empathy and #Developer at work as she facilitated the session with the student leaders. Gideon, our CliftonStrengths Coach in Education was at his usual best as he took charge of the entire leadership workshop. The teachers gave feedback that the student workshop was extremely engaging and lively. Am very proud of the team! "Seeing every generation live out their full potential!"
