cliftonstrengths WORKSHOP + TEAM COACHING

 
 

In this SIGNATURE CliftonStrengths for Teams program, there are two variations:

  1. HALF DAY Program (Workshop ONLY) - A CliftonStrengths workshop customized towards empowering teams to create synergies and strengthen collaboration by understanding each others’ strengths. The end outcome is an increased ability of the team to understand each other, to open up new conversations for collaboration.

    Note: This CliftonStrengths workshop is suitable for leadership teams, department level teams, cross-functional groups as well as for start-ups. This workshop is facilitated in a very interactive way and the activities are designed towards self-directed learning. Participants are encouraged to ask questions, to reflect and to listen to other perspectives in order to learn more about their strengths. Maximum number of participants - 25.

  2. FULL DAY (CliftonStrengths Workshop + Team Coaching) - A CliftonStrengths workshop in the morning followed by team coaching in the afternoon to facilitate application. The AM session is a light-hearted segment focusing on team dynamics and team relationships. The PM session focuses on trust building, seeing and shifting a team’s emotional state in the context of developing a strengths-based culture. The end outcome is an increased ability of the team to APPLY the strengths as a team; to leverage each others’ strengths and collaborate.

    Note: This full day workshop and team coaching is positioned for leadership teams, department level teams and start-up teams. The ideal size of this group is 12 or less.

The StrengthsFinder® session done by Victor and the Strengths School™ team was very balanced, well-paced and well-organized, with sufficient time for quiet introspection, active sharing and engaging interactions through hands-on activities. The number of presentation slides used were spot-on and appropriate: not too much to bore the audience and not too few to be insubstantial. The slides were clear, well thought-out and artistically pleasing – they captured the attention that they deserved. Most importantly, what really shone through were Victor’s and Jason’s mastery of and deep passion for the subject matter: they were clearly seasoned and experienced facilitators who had thought through the subject matter from many different perspectives, many times over.
