This 2 hours online workshop will help you deepen your idea and knowledge of strengths through learning 3 specific distinctions of strengths found in each human being.
With these distinctions, you can start to notice your strengths at work and be more intentional to practice them. During the workshop, you will also get to practice your strengths to deepen the learning.
Introduction:
As a certified coach who specialized in the domain of strengths, I have discovered through my professional practice, 3 distinctions of strengths that can be applied for every single human being. In learning each of the 3 distinctions, my promise is that you will grow deeper in your self-awareness (without the use of any profiling tool). My promise is that if you practice the 3 distinctions regularly, your well-being will also improve over time.
Workshop Outcomes:
Participants will learn
1. The concept of distinctions in an ontological coaching framework
2. How each person’s strengths can be seen through three specific distinctions.
3. How a person can practice each distinction and gain greater competency in his or her strengths.
This workshop is suitable for anyone looking for professional development or personal development or greater fulfilment in the work or family or personal life context.
