CliftonStrengths Leadership Coaching Singapore - Lim Wee Ting

Summary:
This was a coaching engagement where Wee Ting and I contracted to do three coaching sessions. Wee Ting’s background was in finance and she was based in Singapore. We covered the strengths fundamentals in session one and subsequently used the next two sessions to explore her aspirations and what she want to do. Usually her strengths as a foundation, we went deep in exploration on what her aspirations were, what might be pulling her back and the shift that she can make from the observer that she was. I also recommended a career coach to support her on her journey.

Result:
I engaged Victor for a couple of coaching sessions, and they had a tremendous impact to my own self-discovery. I appreciated that Victor gave me a sense of psychological safety, which made it easy for me to open up and explore with him. Victor used a strengths-based approach for life coaching with me. Beyond that, I wanted to explore more on the Career aspect, and Victor also referred me to a Career Coach. I appreciated that from the start, he made an effort to understand my needs, and was honest in what we could/could not accomplish with me. Will definitely recommend to anyone who needs a life coach to listen and guide.
