[Manage Your Energy, Manage Your Life]
Energy in our body is the fuel needed to sustain performance. Many are reporting that “they generally feel tired all the time” in this current season. Managing our energy in a holistic way is all the more important to avoid burnout, disengagement and win our fight against our mental health challenges. Not just mental health, we need to pay attention to physical health, emotional health and spiritual health (or what most termed as purpose).
This was a 40 minutes Energy Management and Well Being Talk for a group of 80 finance staff from a large retailer in Singapore. This was also my first face to face talk since 2019. I love helping people take ownership in different areas of their lives so I’m very grateful for opportunities such as this to live out my personal mission!
