Singapore CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop - Janssen
"This CliftonStrengths leadership workshop was conducted for Janssen, held in Singapore. The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool to help the leaders identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them in their leadership work. Participants left with deeper self-awareness and an increased capacity for their own leadership development.
Summary:
This was a CliftonStrengths (formerly StrengthsFinder) workshop held in Singapore for a Regional Leadership team from Janssen. There were participants from Philippines, Korea, Japan, Thailand, Europe, USA and of course Singapore.
The objective of the workshop was to help the leaders understand each other’s working style, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. We focused on the top 5 talent themes, especially on how the talent themes contributed to the specific work and how the leaders relate to others on their team. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for creating stronger engagement with their teams.
Very thankful that the team leader was very happy with the fun and interactive way we delivered our workshop. I felt I wasn't at my 100% as I was nursing a bad throat. Will be flying to Thailand in 2 months time to do a follow up workshop. Hope to continue to create a deep impact and sustain the strengths language with this team.
