This was a CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Discovery Workshop for a group of General Managers from a Singapore Technology Company, held in Singapore, facilitated in May2023. There were many divisions in this huge MNC and this leadership workshop had many GMs from different divisions coming together to gain greater self-awareness. The session focused on leadership strengths, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they lead, work and relate to one another. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening leadership competencies.
