Summary

This was a CliftonStrengths Team Building Workshop for eVantage, a dynamic tech company, held in Singapore in February 2025. There were 30 staff from Singapore and several ASEAN region and the workshop was part of celebrating 15 years of innovation, collaboration, and resilience. The session focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another.
