Singapore CliftonStrengths Team Building Workshop - AIA Distribution
"This CliftonStrengths team workshop was conducted for the distribution team from AIA Singapore. There were 21 participants. The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool alongside ontological coaching to help the individuals identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them in their marketing work. Participants left with deeper self-awareness and a shared strengths language to strengthen team collaboration.
Summary:
This was a full day CliftonStrengths Team workshop customized for the Distribution Team from AIA, held in Singapore. There was a total of 21 participants and the session took place on 27th May 2016.
The morning covered the Strengths fundamentals and the strengths language. We created opportunities for the participants to interact and understand the different talent themes. The focus was on learning individual’s talent themes and helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another.
The afternoon was focused on team dynamics. We covered the four domain of team strengths, and how our strengths influence our communication styles. We also covered how certain talent themes complement each other and how some might potentially create conflicts. Throughout the day, we had group coaching, many facilitated discussions, experiential activities and individual reflections.
Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams.
