CliftonStrengths Teambuilding Workshop for Koinonia Inclusion Network Singapore

Summary:
This was a CliftonStrengths (formerly StrengthsFinder) team building workshop for KIN. I was challenged to be truly inclusive. There were participants who were visually impaired, hearing impaired and another one was in wheel chair. I have to re-design certain activities, change the pace, enrol support from the participants as I facilitate this workshop.

I am glad to be able to play a small part of contributing to a group of people whose work is to support, develop and empower communities in Singapore in the area of disability inclusion.
