Singapore CliftonStrengths Coaching for Individuals

Summary:
This was a CliftonStrengths coaching session with two individuals, Eunice and Cerise to help them understand and apply their talent themes to their personal and professional life. One is a teacher and the other is an entrepreneur. Both are truly outstanding leaders in their workplaces and in the community. We explore the strengths language and cleared up many misunderstandings. We went deep into exploring each other’s unique cutting edge by examining the Theme pairings and also covered the four leadership domains.

We had time to go deep into how our talent themes shape the way we see the world and relate to others. They were hungry to learn and asked many questions. Those this was a one-off coaching session, I am hopeful that the new pair of eyes can help them bring this learning deeper and further as they grow and progress as individuals.
