Summary of session:
This was a four days leadership retreat conducted in a retreat center in the mountains in Lebanon. There were 80 participants working for an NGO and they come from countries including the US, Canada, UK, Germany, Russia, Brazil, Mexico, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, Philippines and countries from the Middle East region.
The session focused on increasing leadership capacity, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and lead others. Participants also learn the process of having difficult conversations and had deliberate practices. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical tools for strengthening their leadership capacity.
