Summary of session:
This was a four days leadership retreat conducted in a retreat center in the mountains in Lebanon. There were 80 participants working for an NGO and they come from countries including the US, Canada, UK, Germany, Russia, Brazil, Mexico, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, Philippines and countries from the Middle East region.

We started by covering the strengths fundamentals and having the team learn and share about how their different talent themes play out at work, especially in the area of leadership.

Following that, we shift focus to increasing leadership capacity, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and lead others. Participants also learn the process of having difficult conversations and had deliberate practices. We also covered different aspects of self-leadership as I taught and shared on several key ontological frameworks including moods and emotions, and listening expansively.

Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical tools for strengthening their leadership capacity.
