Summary of the session:
CliftonStrengths session for staff from Central Provident Fund Singapore, facilitated in November 2025 and held in their Singapore office.
We started by covering the strengths fundamentals and having the team learn and share about how their different talent themes play out at work, especially in the area of leadership.
We then shift focus to team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical applications for both growing their individual productivity and strengthening collaboration within their teams.
This was a very tightly knitted group and had a lovely session with them.
The most enjoyable part was doing the team coaching when we split up by department and I had a more indepth conversation exploring the complementary partnerships and the team strengths.
