The Engagement:
Victor was commissioned by the Group CEO of Pico Art International to design and deliver a bespoke three-hour CliftonStrengths session for their global senior leadership team, held at Pico's Singapore office. Preparation spanned several weeks — analysing individual strengths data, understanding the business context, and designing a session tailored precisely to the leadership team's composition and objectives.
The Brief:
The Group CEO came with specific, clear objectives:
Every senior leader must leave the session knowing how their unique talents have contributed to their personal success
Leaders must validate and genuinely appreciate the varied talents within the team
The session must create a shared language for leadership strengths across the global team
The Approach:
Victor opened the session with CliftonStrengths fundamentals before moving into the core of the work — individual talent theme exploration and specific theme pairings. Each senior leader was coached to identify and articulate their distinct strengths combination: what makes them uniquely powerful as a leader, and how that has shaped their success over the years.
Rather than a generic strengths overview, the session was designed so that every leader left with a personalised insight into their leadership identity — not just awareness of their themes, but a deeper understanding of how those themes show up in their leadership style and strategic impact.
The session ended with the senior leaders examine their collective talents together, learning about the four distinctions in leadership strengths and specific business impact that each domain contribute towards.
Outcomes:
Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening their personal and strategic leadership. The session created visible energy and engagement throughout — each leader gaining both individual clarity and a deeper appreciation of the talent diversity within the senior team.
