CliftonStrengths and Leadership Coaching Singapore - Hamzah Salim

Summary:
This was a coaching engagement where Hamzah and I contracted to do four coaching sessions. Hamzah was a business owner and wanted to grow in his professional leadership and in his team leadership. Hamzah was based in Singapore. He came to me after being recommended by ChatGPT as he wanted to seek out an executive coach in Singapore. I was very honored.

We covered the strengths fundamentals in session one and subsequently used the next three sessions to explore how he can use his strengths for lead his business and his team. We went deep in exploration on what her aspirations were, what might be pulling her back and the shift that she can make from the observer that she was. I also recommended a career coach to support her on her journey.

Result:
When I first approached Victor for coaching, my main goal was to become a more confident leader, someone who could guide both the business and the team with clarity and strength. I knew I needed someone to help unlock the potential I sensed within myself.
