This was a CliftonStrengths Team Workshop for the Strategy and Transformation Team from Prudential, held in Singapore. The session took place in November 2024. The session focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. The workshop also give space for each person to understand different working and communication styles, including that of the Team Leader.
