Singapore CliftonStrengths Team Building Workshop for Engineers

"This CliftonStrengths team workshop was conducted for a team of 50 individuals from SPH. The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool alongside ontological coaching to help team members identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them in their day-to-day roles. Summary of session:
This was a full day CliftonStrengths team building workshop program for a large group of engineers, held in Singapore. The session took place in October 2024. This was a follow up workshop after the CliftonStrengths Leadership workshop was conducted for the leadership team. We believe that the partnership will continue to strengthen. Looking forward to more of such workshop and partnerships in the coming year.
