Summary:
This was a CliftonStrengths team workshop integrated with team coaching for the Employee Experience team from Public Service Division, held in Singapore. The session took place in October 2024 at the Treasury Building.
The team coaching session focused on team dynamics and trust, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another.
We started by covering the strengths fundamentals and having the team learn and share about how their different talent themes play out at work, especially in the area of teamwork & leadership. We explored the different talent themes individually and collectively.
I also facilitated the team to have a deeper conversation on trust. We went deeper into the different aspects of trust and connect the dots for the specific trust areas that we are strong and weaker in. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams.
