CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Team Workshop Program - Business Transformation Technology ESG Group

"This CliftonStrengths team workshop was conducted for a team of 20 individuals from Revantage Asia, held in Singapore. The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool alongside ontological coaching to help team members identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them in their day-to-day work. Had another fantastic time delivering a CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Team Workshop! Some participants were from the business transformation group, some from technology and some from ESG.
One even came back from maternity leave to participate in the program. Was very encouraged by such a commitment to learn.
