"This CliftonStrengths team workshop was conducted for a team of 15 individuals from the People and Culture team from Revantage Asia, held in Singapore. The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool alongside ontological coaching to help team members identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them developing the people culture within the organization.
