Emerging Leaders Programme — Day 4 Facilitation, APAC Run 3, Singapore

Victor Seet co-facilitating Smartful Works emerging leaders program on values strengths and mindsets with leadership labs Singapore

The third APAC run of the UNC-designed Emerging Leaders Programme was held in Singapore in August 2024. Participants represented Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, China, India, Papua New Guinea, and Australia.

This run was co-facilitated by a team of three, Victor, Alice Chia, and Eya, delivering Day 4's experiential leadership labs, coaching role plays, and developmental conversations to help emerging leaders build practical coaching skills and leadership self-awareness.

Throughout day 4, one of the key success factors was for Victor, Alice and Eya share their feedback with the participants as they observe how each participant listen and practice empathy during the coaching conversations. The goal was to ensure the emerging leaders understood how self-awareness and practice can systematically build up the leaders’ capacity over time.

This run is part of a two-year contracted APAC delivery of the Emerging Leaders Programme. See all APAC runs:
