Emerging Leaders Programme — Day 4 Facilitation, APAC Run 9, Singapore
"The two experiential leadership labs were part of an emerging leadership program held in Singapore conducted for a group of 40 new managers and supervisors of a global Petrol Chemical organisation. The ninth APAC run of the UNC-designed Emerging Leaders Programme was held in Singapore in August 2025. Participants represented Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, and India.
Victor joined this run as the third facilitator, with a specific and focused role — leading the three-hour action-based leadership labs as part of the wider four-day programme. The labs centred on team decision-making, collaboration, and communication under pressure, placing emerging leaders in dynamic scenarios that surfaced real behavioural patterns.
Victor's primary contribution was observation and feedback — watching how each leader showed up during the labs, noticing their habitual patterns in team settings, and delivering specific, targeted coaching feedback to help them grow in self-awareness and leadership effectiveness. This observer-coach role draws directly on Victor's ontological coaching training, where the ability to observe behaviour with precision and offer candid, constructive feedback is a core competency.
This run is part of a two-year contracted APAC delivery of the Emerging Leaders Programme. See all APAC runs:
