This was another leadership development facilitation session held in Singapore in June 2025. This was for a group of 40 leaders from Singapore, Malayisa, Indonesia, Thailand, China, India, Papua New Guinea and Australia. My role was to facilitate each leader to practice embodying what they have learnt their leadership trainings that included strengths, picked up energy management, influencing skills and coaching skills.

I facilitated learnings using leadership labs and role plays and invite the leaders to observe themselves from the practices. Participants left with greater self-awareness to apply into their leadership roles.
