The sixth APAC run of the UNC-designed Emerging Leaders Programme was held in Singapore in June 2025 — marking the programme's second year of delivery. Forty emerging leaders participated, representing Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, China, India, Papua New Guinea, and Australia.
Victor's role in Day 4 was to help leaders move from knowledge to embodiment — integrating everything learned across the four days including CoreStrengths, energy management, influencing skills, and coaching skills into their lived leadership practice. Using experiential leadership labs and coaching role plays, Victor invited participants to observe themselves in action — noticing how they show up, how they respond under pressure during the labs and difficult conversations, and how they can apply their growing self-awareness directly into their leadership roles. The goal was to systematically develop each leader’s capacity for performance.
