This was the last global leadership development program that I was running for this client. There were 16 cohorts in 2 years, 500+ leaders covered. In this last session, 40 participants came from China, India, Australia, Papua New Guinea, Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines and Singapore.

The goal on day 4 of the program that I was facilitating?
Embody the learnings from the first 3 days of leadership trainings. Live out the Expectations of Leaders defined by the organization. We went through Leadership labs, coaching practices and Difficult conversations.

There was both huge gratitude and a lot of sadness as the program ended. Thankful for all the learnings.
