Emerging Leaders Programme — Day 4 Facilitation, APAC Run 5, Singapore

Victor Seet facilitating petrochemical emerging leaders program on coaching skills with leadership labs for 40 APAC managers Singapore

"This emerging leadership program held in Singapore was conducted for a group of 40 new managers and supervisors from different parts of Asia from a global Petrol Chemical organisation. This fifth run of the program includes experiential leadership activities and coaching role-plays to help the new leaders gain coaching skills and self-awareness through deliberate practices.

The fifth APAC run of the UNC-designed Emerging Leaders Programme was held in Singapore on 14 November 2024. Forty emerging leaders participated, representing Australia, Indonesia, Thailand, China, India, Malaysia, and Singapore.

Victor co-facilitated Day 4's full-day coaching skills session with Damien O’Malley from Australia. They led the cohort through coaching role plays that brought practical skills alive in real leadership scenarios, particularly highlighting listening skills and understanding emotions in coaching. They also led experiential leadership labs that helped participants notice how they show up under highly stressful and dynamic situations. The combination of role play and lab work deepened both coaching capability and leadership self-awareness across the cohort. The aim was to help each leader systematically build their leadership capacity.

This run is part of a two-year contracted APAC delivery of the Emerging Leaders Programme. See all APAC runs:
