Summary:
The fourth APAC run of the UNC-designed Emerging Leaders Programme was held in Singapore on 7 November 2024. Thirty-six emerging leaders participated, representing Singapore, Malaysia, India, China, Thailand, and Indonesia.
Victor facilitated Day 4's full-day coaching skills programme — leading the cohort through experiential leadership labs and coaching role plays designed to build practical skills for developing team members. Through the coaching role plays, participants learn about importance of trust, understanding the background context of emotions in coaching and learn to navigate difficult conversations.
Participants left with greater self-awareness and hands-on coaching practice they could apply directly in their leadership roles.
