Emerging Leaders Programme — Day 4 Facilitation, APAC Run 7, Singapore
"This emerging leadership program held in Singapore was conducted for a group of 40 new managers and supervisors from different parts of Asia from a global Petrol Chemical organisation. I facilitated experiential leadership activities and coaching role-plays to help the new leaders gain coaching skills and self-awareness through deliberate practices. The seventh APAC run of the UNC-designed Emerging Leaders Programme was held in Singapore in August 2025 — an extended 4.5-day format for a cohort of 34 emerging leaders from China, India, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore.
A distinctive feature of this program was the three-hour high-intensity leadership labs, one of the most immersive elements of the programme. The labs were designed to mirror real-time work situations, placing leaders under pressure to collaborate, perform, and make decisions in dynamic, fast-moving scenarios. The intentional design exposed participants to their autopilot modes — the habitual patterns of thinking, feeling, and acting that emerge under stress — creating powerful moments of self-observation and leadership self-awareness. All of these were built in to help leaders systematically develop their capacity for leadership performance.
This is directly aligned with Victor's integrated CliftonStrengths and ontological coaching approach, where developing awareness of one's automatic patterns under pressure is foundational to sustained leadership growth.
This run is part of a two-year contracted APAC delivery of the Emerging Leaders Programme. See all APAC runs:
