Summary:
This was the fifth CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Team Workshop for Revantage Asia, held in Singapore. The participants were from Legal and Compliance team and this session was conducted in August 2024.

Initially, I was not sure what to expect as I face an all ladies legal team. It turned out to be a fantastic experience. The participants were very engaged and through out the entire strengths workshop program, the whole room was buzzing and alive. The ladies showed up first as humans and colleagues rather than stepping into their roles as legal. I saw the camaraderie demonstrated within the team. There was a willingness to suspend judgement as individuals ask questions to discover about each other’s talent themes. Grateful that I could have an opportunity to facilitate this workshop to help the team increase their level of self-awareness so that there can be more effective communication and collaboration.

The session focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams.
