Singapore CliftonStrengths Group Coaching - Revantage Asia

Context:
After a series of discussions with the Learning and Development team, the plan was to have all 120 staff from the Singapore office in Revantage Asia complete the CliftonStrengths Assessment. After the completion of the assessment, the plan is to have a team development workshop at the department level. The goal is to have each individual identify their own unique talents as well as those of their team members to increase the collaborative capacity of the organization, starting from the team level.

Summary:
This was the very last CliftonStrengths session delivered for Revantage Asia, held in Singapore. There was a total of 8 sessions conducted. This last session was designed as a follow up session for participants who missed the workshops for their respective departments. The session was conducted in 31 August 2024. The session focused on individual dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for personal productivity.

The group of 6 was very engaged and participative even though they were from different departments. I’m glad that this follow up session was helpful for this group.
