"This was a CliftonStrengths team building workshop program for the Tax and Payments Team from a Singapore based Real Estate Portfolio company. The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool alongside ontological coaching to help team members identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them in their day-to-day roles. Summary:
This was the fourth CliftonStrengths (formerly StrengthsFinder) Team Workshop for Revantage Asia, held in Singapore. The participants were from Tax and Payments Team. and the session was conducted in July 2024. There was great dynamics within this team and the talent themes were also quite diverse. The participants were happily engaging each other in curiosity and discovering more about themselves and their colleagues. By the end of the workshop program, the whole room had come alive. Grateful that I could have an opportunity to facilitate this workshop to help the team increase their level of self-awareness so that there can be more effective communication and collaboration.

The session focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams.
