The Strategic Plan:

Revantage Asia is the Asia Pacific corporate services arm of Blackstone's global real estate portfolio, providing centralised support across finance, legal, compliance, HR, technology, and business transformation for real estate companies across the region.

Following a series of planning discussions with Revantage Asia's Learning and Development team, Victor designed an organisation-wide CliftonStrengths rollout for all 120 staff in the Singapore office. The strategy was systematic: Every staff member would first complete the CliftonStrengths assessment, followed by a dedicated team development workshop at the department level. The goal was to build collaborative capacity from the ground up, starting with individual talent identification and expanding into team-level application across every function in the organisation.

The Engagement:

In May 2024, Victor delivered the inaugural CliftonStrengths Team Workshop for Revantage Asia - the first in an eight-session series spanning all departments across the Singapore office. This first session was designed for the Valuations and Portfolio team, a group of ten participants who brought high levels of engagement and participation throughout.

The Approach:

Each department-level session was designed around team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths talent themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. The consistent methodology across all eight sessions created a shared strengths language that could travel across departmental boundaries, enabling organisation-wide collaboration built on mutual understanding of individual talents. There was continuous collaboration with the L&D team, getting feedback from every session and making specific adjustments so that each session becomes better than the previous.

Outcomes:

Participants left each session with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams. Across all eight sessions, the rollout achieved its core objective - building a common CliftonStrengths language and collaborative capacity across every department in Revantage Asia's Singapore office.
