Context:
After a series of discussions with the Learning and Development team, the plan was to have all 120 staff from the Singapore office in Revantage Asia complete the CliftonStrengths Assessment. After the completion of the assessment, the plan is to have a team development workshop at the department level. The goal is to have each individual identify their own unique talents as well as those of their team members to increase the collaborative capacity of the organization, starting from the team level.
Summary:
This was the very first and inaugural CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Team Workshop for Revantage Asia, held in Singapore. The participants were from the Valuations and Portfolio team and the session was conducted in May 2024. The session focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams.
The group of 10 was very engaged and participative. I’m glad that the team felt that the session achieved the objectives!
