Summary:
This was another CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Team Workshop for Revantage Asia, held in Singapore. The participants were from the Finance team, similar to the last session. There was a huge finance team so the workshop for the finance team was broken into two, one in session 2 and another in session 3.
This particular session was conducted in May 2024. Had a super fun time facilitating this CliftonStrengths workshop. The group was filled with energy, asked many great questions and clearly enjoyed the workshop. My energy level went up as I absorbed their positive energy too.
It was a great way to end the week as I saw how the understanding of their CliftonStrengths themes empowered the individuals to level up in their self-awareness. The session focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams.
