The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool alongside ontological coaching to help team members identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them developing the people culture within the organization. Summary:
This was the sixth CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Team Workshop for Revantage Asia, held in Singapore. The participants were from People and Culture Team as well as Office Services and the session was conducted in August 2024.

Lots of laughter and fun as usual. So glad that there is a great buy in to the strengths movement in the organization. We explored at length about developing strengths based culture within the organization and the challenge of changing mindsets from the traditional asian context of improving our weaknesses approach to a strengths-based approach.

The session focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams.
