"This CliftonStrengths team workshop was conducted for a team of 20 individuals from Revantage Asia, held in Singapore. The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool alongside ontological coaching to help team members identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them in their day-to-day work. Summary:
This was the seventh CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Team Workshop for Revantage Asia, held in Singapore. The participants were from the business transformation group, some from technology and some from ESG and the session was conducted in August 2024.
The dynamics were slightly different compared to other workshops as there were three separate teams in this one session. The design was changed to customize to the difference in dynamics. We focused the strengths fundamentals at the group level while the applications were designed at the individual team levels.
The session focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams.
