Summary:
This was a CliftonStrengths leadership workshop for a selected group of six individuals from Singapore, Sri Lanka, India and China. These were high potential leaders from Socomec Asia. Each of them were selected to go through a customized leadership program that included the skillsets and mindsets of leadership. The CliftonStrengths session was held in Jakarta, Indonesia on August 2025.

This group of individual high potential leaders were coming together for the first time to connect face to face and to work on a specific project. My goal was to help them understand their talents and to use them collectively and collaboratively.

We started by covering the strengths fundamentals and having the senior leadership team learn and share about how their different talent themes play out at work, especially in the area of leadership.

We also cover specific theme pairings to help each leader see what truly makes each of them distinct in their leadership style. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening their personal leadership and collaborative work for the project.
