CliftonStrengths Leadership for Singapore Non-Profit Senior Leaders
"This CliftonStrengths workshop was conducted for twelve Senior Leaders of leading Charity Organizations in Singapore. The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool alongside ontological coaching to help leaders identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to use their strengths to lead themselves, their organizations and work with their board. The CEOs left with deeper self-awareness and an understanding of how their leadership strengths shape the way they lead their organization. Interested in a similar workshop for your team? Summary of Session:
This was a full day CliftonStrengths Leadership workshop with a group of senior leaders from the non-profit and charity sector. The session was held in Singapore at the NVPC office in Clarke Quay and the session was held in August 2025.
We started by covering the strengths fundamentals and having the senior leaders learn and share about how their different talent themes play out at work, especially in the area of leadership.
We also cover specific theme pairings and how each senior leader leads their organization in a very unique style. The session was designed to help each senior leader see what truly makes each of them distinct in their leadership style and how that has brought them success over the years.
Results of the session:
100% of the participants strongly agreed that the objectives were clearly met and delivered. I was very pleased as well that all of them felt I made the session interactive and engaging for their learning.
Listening to their stories, insights, struggles and engaging with them both in the workshop and during lunch was so special. When one is in the presence of giants, somehow the spirit within can be so easily stirred up. These people made me feel seen and heard.
I am very glad that these people are change makers in our Singapore society. May God bless and multiply the works of their hands and protect their soul and spirit. They carry such a huge load and the work done never seemed enough.
