"This CliftonStrengths team workshop was conducted for a team of 30 individuals from the Registrar Office, Singapore Institute of Technology. The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool alongside ontological coaching to help team members identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them in their day-to-day roles. Participants left with deeper self-awareness and a shared strengths language for stronger partnerships and collaboration.Interested in a similar workshop for your team? Summary:
This was a half day CliftonStrengths Team Building workshop for the Registrar Office from Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT). The session was held in Singapore, in the SIT campus in Punggol. Session was delivered in August 2025.

The session focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. I facilitated a series of conversations within the different sub-teams with the goal of having individuals understand varied contributions because of the diverse talent themes represented. The Registrar was very sporting when I invited him to share his talent themes with his team as well. We played an activity during the segment on exploring the four leadership domains and closed off the session with personal insights and applications for the individuals.

Results:
Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams.
When asked “What aspect of this program was most impactful for you?” Feedback that was given included
- “Understanding the strength of my colleagues and how to better communicate to them based on their talent.”
- “Everything from the start and the end. Activities were fantastic.”
- “Being aware of my strengths as I was not able to identify them by myself”

Overall, it was a lovely time and I was thankful that the group was very enthusiastic and engaged throughout the session.
