The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool alongside ontological coaching to help team members identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them in their day-to-day roles. My first time in the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) campus. Did a CliftonStrengths Team Building workshop for the Registrar Office and had a lovely time. The group was very enthusiastic. The Registrar was very sporting when I invited him to share his strengths with his team. Overall, a very wonderful time spent with the team.
