Summary:
This was a full day CliftonStrengths Leadership workshop at NUS Central library diving into Strengths Based leadership delivered for leaders from NUS Library Singapore. The session was done in July 2025 and there was a total of 20 participants.
We started with some fun activities to do a short strengths recap and to deepen the strengths language. It brought the energy level up and we built on the momentum by unpacking why some leaders meet followers’ needs and why some don’t. We explored how leaders can specifically meet certain needs of the teams through customized actions and behaviors based on the team’s CliftonStrengths data. The leaders had different aha moments from the conversations and reflections.
It was a delightful day spent. Time flew by very fast for a full day workshop and that is always a good indication that we were in flow mode.
