"This CliftonStrengths team workshop was conducted for a team of 25 key personnels from Ahmad Ibrahim Primary School. The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool alongside ontological coaching to help the leaders identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them in their day-to-day roles as teachers. This was a CliftonStrengths Leadership workshop for leaders from Ahmad Ibrahim Primary School, held in Singapore in June 2025.
