CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop for Schools - AIPS
"This CliftonStrengths team workshop was conducted for a team of 25 key personnels from Ahmad Ibrahim Primary School. The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool alongside ontological coaching to help the leaders identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them in their day-to-day roles as teachers. Participants left with deeper self-awareness and a shared strengths language to strengthen team collaboration.Interested in a similar workshop for your team? Explore CliftonStrengths Workshops →"
As MOE focus more on competency development growth, more school leaders are pondering on the difference between strengths development and competency development.
As school holidays come to a close, I had a chance to engage some leaders and educators on how they can use their strengths at work. We explored the difference between strengths development and competency development. We explored how to work better as a team.
Kept the session light hearted since the teachers were only just back from their holidays. It was definitely a session I enjoyed facilitating and I can feel the positive energy consistently throughout.
Some notable feedback from participants that were delightful:
”Engaging, well paced and well conducted. Customized to audience. Very good job done by Victor and team.”
”Truly insightful session in discovering and leveraging on individual and team strengths.”
”Good mix of explaination and interactive actvities. The opporrtunity to talk thru w others about our strengths may be awkward at first but good in helping us hear each other out. Appreciated the quiet reading time too.”
”The team is very engaging and the content shared was informative and helpful. Thank you, Victor and team.”
