Singapore CliftonStrengths Teachers Workshop - Primary School

Summary:
This was a half day Singapore CliftonStrengths teachers workshop for around 80 staff from Cantonment Pri, educators and operations, held in the school. The workshop was held on 1st April 2026. The staff were all excited about the CliftonStrengths session and the buzz was evident from the start. We unpack their top 5 talent themes and cover the strengths fundamentals during the first part of the session. There were different activities and conversations facilitated to help the staff learn and understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work, teach and relate to colleagues and students.

We covered the four domains of team strengths through an experiential activity to help the teachers understand the impact and applications of the domains. The session ended with a focus on professional development as the teachers gained practical insights and applications on how they can sharpen their talents and be more productive as educators.

Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights. 100% of the staff felt that the goals and objectives of the workshop were clearly met. Looking forward to a follow up session with the leaders to go deeper into Strengths-based coaching skills.
