The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool alongside ontological coaching to help team members identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them in team collaboration. Summary:
This was a half day CliftonStrengths Team Building session for the Crisis and Planning Team from SGH Singapore, facilitated in March 2026. The location of the workshop was in SGH itself.
The goal was helping the team
- identify the unique strengths of individuals including the unique cutting edge each brings
- increase appreciation of varied strengths and contributions through the four domains.
- develop greater respect and appreciation of each team member.
- forge deeper relationships and collaboration through the process.
We spent a considerable amount of time identifying the super powers of each individual through different activities. I also took time to interview the team leader and facilitated a deeper understanding for the team in terms of the unique leadership style of the Team Leader.
Overall, the focus was on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical applications for both growing their individual productivity and strengthening collaboration within their teams.
