"This CliftonStrengths team workshop was conducted for a team of 30 individuals from the Registrar Office, Singapore Institute of Technology. The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool alongside ontological coaching to help team members identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them in their day-to-day roles. This was a CliftonStrengths Team Building workshop for the Registrar Office from Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT). The session was held in Singapore, in the SIT campus in Punggol. Session was delivered in August 2025.

The session focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams. It was a lovely time. The group was very enthusiastic. The Registrar was very sporting when I invited him to share his strengths with his team. Overall, a very wonderful time spent with the team.
