Singapore CliftonStrengths Workshop for Family and Couples

Summary:

This was the first our of two CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) program I will be facilitating for families and couples from Church of Our Saviour. The session was held in Singapore, in April 2025. There were about 28 participants in the session.

Focused the session on helping the families see how to leverage the talents to communicate more effectively, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they relate and connect to one another. Created specific discussions that empowered the families and couples to share openly. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for communication and strengthening family ties.

It was a very fulfilling time of seeing parents and children and spouses relating to each other, strengthening their relationships and bonds through the strengths and values conversations.
